This package includes a consultation and examination, general anaesthetics, basic blood test and surgery. If the need for additional medications and treatments are revealed during the examination, additional charges may apply.

1. Because General Anesthesia is required; depending on your pet's condition, the veterinary surgeon may recommend additional pre-procedure diagnostic tests for your consideration.

2. The veterinary surgeon appointed reserves the right to not complete this service if he or she determines it to be inappropriate. In this case, your eCoupon shall be refunded in full.

3. Any appointment made using your eCoupon will be subject to our normal booking policy. All bookings made are subject to availability and change.

4. This eCoupon is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. The eCoupon is for one-time use only and any unused values will not be refunded.

6. This eCoupon is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

7. Zodiac Pet & Exotic Hospital Ltd. reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any disputes, Zodiac Pet & Exotic Hospital’s decision will be final and conclusive.

8. In case of any discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
