[2021-01-11] Special Delivery Arrangements in response to Novel Coronavirus Infection
Due to the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic, if there is a confirmed or probable case in the building, order collection will be arranged outside the main entrance of the building; If there are home confines in the house unit, ordered items will be placed at the doorstep of the designated address. For orders that deliver to buildings with cluster infection of COVID-19, delivery service will be temporarily suspended for the entire building.
[2021-01-02] How do I know if this special arrangement would be applied for my order?
If you choose to have door-and-door delivery to buildings with confirmed cases of COVID-19, your order can only be delivered to the lobby of your building. For buildings with cluster infection of COVID-19, delivery will be temporarily suspended for at least 28 days and until further notice.
[2020-11-11] Why do I have to collect the parcel outside the main entrance of my building? This is very inconvenient.
In order to prevent the spread of coronavirus and protect the interests of all parties, we make special delivery arrangements and we are sorry for troubling you to collect the goods outside the main entrance of the building. We hope you can understand and work together to fight the virus.
[2020-11-01] When will the delivery arrangement resume normal?
The special delivery arrangement will be implemented for at least 14 days for buildings with confirmed cases of COVID-19, whereas at least 28 days for buildings with cluster infection of COVID-19. For building that persons undergoing home quarantine, normal arrangements will be resumed after the final date of home quarantine announced by the Department of Health (subject to the date of delivery).
Remark: In order to protect the health of our logistic team, if the selected delivery address is subsequently diagnosed as buildings with confirmed cases or cluster infection, the special delivery arrangement will still be implemented based on the updated situation on the delivery date. Note that we reserve the right to modify our delivery arrangements at any time to fight the COVID-19 virus spread.
